HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support team at returns@panachef.shop to initiate a return or refund request. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or refund, and any relevant details about the issue.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the shipping method provided in the return instructions. Include the RA number on the package.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Exchange (Wrong Size):

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to incorrect sizing. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

2. Defective Items:

Report any defective items within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a detailed description of the defect.

3. Damaged Items:

Report any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a detailed description of the damage.

4. Incorrect Items:

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a description of the incorrect item.

5. Undelivered Items:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

6. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Contact us immediately to cancel your order.

REFUND TIME FRAMES

  • Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

REFUND PERIOD

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, refunds will not be processed.
